Payment methods:

  • Check or money order (in US$ drawn on a US bank), Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal
  • Purchase Orders: For orders over $500 only (please contact us for approval)
  • We do not accept non-US postal money orders!
  • Please note that a $25 fee is assessed for returned checks or credit card chargebacks.

NOTE: If you are paying by check, you must complete the shopping cart to get your shipping charges.  There is an option to select payment by check/money order (which is what you should select) but this is the only way to obtain shipping charges and options.

  • 30 day money-back guarantee on all products except auction items, which are sold as-is.
  • Postal insurance is provided to protect against transit-related damage -- please see our postal insurance page.
  • Returns:
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
    • Subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • Must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) -- please call or email to receive one
    • Must be in original resalable condition.

  • Items generally ship within three business days.
