Why should I buy insurance on my shipment? We try very hard to pack each shipment carefully, but sometimes items are damaged in transit or lost. When this happens, the only way that we can replace your items are if they are insured. If your items are damaged, save all the packing materials and immediately notify us. We will work with you and the carrier to quickly resolve the situation and get you new items. DO NOT send the items back to us without first contacting us! If you do, you may invalidate the insurance claim.
